Definitely spray inks will be used and I want to try something with gelatos. And love love love you’re inspiration with the modelling paste. So THATS going to happen!!!

  25. Wow! I love how you did her hair with the watercolours. I must try that effect one day. Thanks so much for this chance to win those gorgeous stencils – I love them and would dearly love to play with them in my work. I would use them in many ways – incorporating the shapes into a background, using them to make up parts of my focal image (like you did), where I can imagine making them into buildings or even parts of a natural landscape – as mountains for example. What a fantastic idea that really is thinking outside the box I would never have thought to do this and it works so well x I would use them in my art journal I like to paint castles and houses an not only would these make great background texture but I think they would make great doors for my whimsy houses and castles xx

  31. These are gorgeous stencils and the first time I’ve ever seen them. I would use them in my mixed media journals and ATCs. I can see using them in my paper doll book also. They would make terrific backgrounds for anything, Mixed Media Morsels, altered envelopes, handmade books, etc. Thanks for this opportunity to see these stencils.

  40. I think the beauty of these stencils is that they are so versatile. You can use them as they are or just portions for many different looks. It is always fun to look at our art goodies in different ways for high level of versatility. I can see them used on paintings, in my art journal, any mixed media – even as a hand stitching template. I can visualise using parts of them on cards as well. Ohhh…. the possibilities.

  42. Ahhh what gorgeous stencils and I got inspiration from you Iris using molding paste to create a girls dress….what a great idea! I’m sure i’d also use them with my new Gelatos which are as of yet untried but most definitely with my Gelli plate. It would be such a thrill as I mostly use my own homemade glue gun stencils and as you probably know that means crude thick lines, no tiny spaces and nothing is even. I’d love to be able to use these to make beautiful fine art.

  59. If I would be fortunate enough to win the stencils I would use them to incorporate the designs in various mono prints I would create. After that process I would turn that project into cloth paper and use it in a variety of ways in my art. My fingers are crossed with hope of being selected.   63. I would use the stencils to create backgrounds in my journal. A whitewashed, pastel effect for a spring/s summer spread, or maybe a stained glass effect for a religious themed page. Probably both!

  77. Blown away. Seriously loved how you used the stencil as the dress.
    Everything is gorgeous, loved the use of the modeling paste.
    The gold flakes on the paste is perfect.
    This stencil would be cool to use as a series of 3 girls and tall skinny canvases, each similar but a little bit different from one another. Oh I would also use it as the base, bark of a tree, or use part of the stencil for background houses. I also like the tall size as portions can be used separately. I love that it’s taken from Notre Dame, a little Parisian drawings surrounding it would be fun. Also the shapes len way to different colors giving a cool stained glass look. Nice job Iris!
